For larger projects, we can detail the steelwork using the latest 3-D Strucad format, which greatly assists in ‘ironing out’ all those little problems that can turn up on site. This methodology will provide you with detailed layout plans, elevations of walls, etc & can even provide detailed timber & bolt lists, once again saving you time & money.
We also cater for the smaller project with the capacity to fabricate custom or urgent jobs on demand.
Our abrasive blasting & surface treatment facility can handle all your steel treatment requirements, from a basic zinc primer coating to the full hot zinc spray treatment.
The hot zinc spray treatment is an Australian Standards approved surface treatment for steelwork to be installed in coastal applications. The hot zinc spray treatment is a favourite with our local builders, for it’s durability & the fact that it can be a substitute for hot dip galvanising, thereby bypassing the frustrating delays caused at the galvanising plant.
